What is IPFMS?

The Integrated Project & Fund Management System (WODC IPFMS) is a comprehensive digital platform established by the Western Odisha Development Council to promote transparent governance. It enables citizens, researchers, and policymakers to track government projects, monitor fund utilization, and participate in development oversight.
